# Accounts and billing

Sign in, choose a plan, and manage your subscription.

## Sign in

Choose Log in and enter the email associated with your Tenor account. Continue with email to receive a sign-in code, or choose the password option.

Enter or paste the newest code in Tenor. If it expires, request a new code. For password problems, use the recovery option.

## Choose how to begin

Pro offers Annual and Monthly billing. Choose Annual to begin with a 7-day trial, or Monthly to pay when your subscription starts.

Check the price, renewal date, and trial terms at checkout. The pricing page and checkout show the current amounts.

## Manage billing

Open Settings → Billing to see the status and usage information for your account. Use its billing-management controls for payment details, invoices, and cancellation.

Canceling an annual trial before the charge date avoids the annual charge and retains the remaining trial window. Check the confirmation for the date your access changes.

## When paid access ends

You can still sign in, manage billing, and read or export saved work. Generation and AI editing require active access and available usage.

If a subscription change has not appeared, refresh Billing before attempting another purchase.
