Tenor

Privacy

This policy explains the information Tenor receives through this website, access requests, and the private product.

Effective July 29, 2026

Information you provide

When you request access, we collect your name, email address, company or role if supplied, what you are building, how you have used Tenor, and what you want Tenor to help you accomplish.

If you receive product access, we may also process account information, prompts, uploaded references, generated components, and the product activity needed to operate and support the service.

How we use information

We use information to review access requests, operate and improve Tenor, communicate with you, protect the service, and understand how product workflows perform. Access requests are reviewed personally by Tenor's founders and may generate internal email or Slack notifications.

For accounts with private product access, Tenor's founders may review prompts and uploaded references in access-restricted internal tools, including Slack, to provide support, investigate failures, and improve generation quality. We do not use these materials for advertising or sell them to third parties.

Service providers and analytics

Tenor uses service providers for hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, communications, and AI-powered product features. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Tenor and subject to their own terms and privacy commitments.

The website uses limited analytics to understand visits and access requests. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

We retain information for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate Tenor, evaluate access requests, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, subject to applicable law and necessary records.
